How to Rent the Space
Rental Rates
The room has space to accommodate all your needs.
The space can be rented with chairs and tables or without.
No need to pay for something you don’t need! Our rates are as follows,
Without chairs and tables
3 hours $50
6 hours $75
9 hours $100
Full day $150
With chairs and tables
3 hours $65
6 hours $90
9 hours $120
Full day $175
You are expected to clean up after yourself. If you don’t want to deal with the mess, you can pay a $50 cleaning fee.
Wifi is available for an additional $10.
What is Included in Your Fee
The space comes with electricity, a bathroom facility, and basic clean-up included. Parking is very easy, with more than 15 available spaces. A combination mailbox allows for easy key pick-up and drop-off.
Rules of the Space
There are several options with the space, but it does have some ground rules that must be followed. Alcohol is welcome on the premises only if you supply a waiver from your insurance company with a rider on your homeowners’ policy. For liability reasons, we are not able to provide alcohol or allow it in the building without this waiver.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building. We also ask that you refrain from candle burning.
We are a dog-friendly facility within reason. And we are open to dog obedience classes. With that, you are expected to clean up after your canine. Please note there is a dog on premises during regular business hours at Daymakers Day Spa.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel, a full refund is available if canceled within 48 hours. If your rental is canceled within 24 hours, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Anything less than that, no refund is guaranteed.
We do realize emergencies and severe weather can pop-up unexpectedly. Each of those situations will be handled on an individual basis.
